HIRING FOR BDC
We're seeking one to two highly efficient, detailed-oriented BDC personnel to join our newly restructured Internet Sales Team. BDC Personnel will have a wide range of responsibilities including:
- Making sure salesmen respond to leads in under 30 mintues.
- Consistent use of our CRM (Higher Gear) to track, respond, and manage leads.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and or social media.
- Meticulously enter notes on customer's in CRM that will assist in future vehicle sales.
- Follow up with salesmen EVERY day to see how appointments and sales are going
We're looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and ready to work. Candidates do not have to have extensive automotive industry experience although some experience is preferred. You must be able to multi-task your internet leads with your additional daily responsibilities. Laziness, lack of motivation and indifference will bring your career to and abrupt end with us. The right candidate should have the innate ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, priority-driven business, attention to detail, and a positive, willing attitude to help the dealership succeed. This is a full-time position. You must be able to work your assigned schedule with flexibility for change as needed. Consistent punctuality and accountability are a MUST and not negotiable.
